Assalamu Alaykum,

We are very pleased to announce that after the approval from the general body, we were able to close on the MAPS-Gardens (Cemetery) contract, Alhamdulillah. In this agreement with Cedar Lawn Cemetery, valued at over $2.4 million, we are creating a special MAPS only section for 300 grave sites. Furthermore, we also have an opportunity to expand it, once all 300 lots are acquired

To ensure transparency and clarity, we conducted a comprehensive Zoom call. During this session, we covered essential details, payment plans, the timeline, and more. We also took the opportunity to address inquiries from our community members who are acquiring individual grave sites for themselves and their families. If you were not able to join our Zoom call on August 15, you can access the presentation here and the call recording here.

Key Updates Shared:

• We are making it available at a substantial discount to our community to reserve
• MAPS Section is under development and expected to be completed by December 2023
• You can either make a one-time full payment or sign-up to pay over 1, 2, 3, or 4 years.
