Monday – Thursday
Week 1: 8/5 – 8/8
Week 2: 8/12 – 8/15
Week 3: 8/26 – 8/29
Our tennis class for ages 4-5 is specifically designed to introduce young children to the basic skills and techniques of tennis through a fun and interactive environment. The lessons focus on building hand-eye coordination, basic stroke technique, movement skills, and agility with an introduction to rallying.
The class starts with an easy warm-up with light cardio activities followed by instructional game-based exercises to make the session fun yet educational. We teach kids the basics of tennis, like forehand, backhand, and serve, using kid-friendly equipment. The rackets and balls are smaller and lighter so they can easily play.
Furthermore, the program instills teamwork and sportsmanship by incorporating partner games, mini tennis-matches, and relays. The objective of the course is to nurture a love and interest in the game of tennis from an early age.
The class usually lasts for about 60 minutes keeping in mind the attention span and stamina of our young participants. An important part of this program is ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where children can feel confident to express themselves, make friends, and most importantly, have fun.
With the coach’s careful supervision, each child receives plenty of personalized attention due to our deliberately small class sizes. We usually take in only 4-6 students per group to maintain this focus.
This class is a perfect introductory course for a child’s long-term athletic development and gives them a healthy lifestyle from their formative years. It’s more than just a tennis lesson; it’s about developing fundamental physical, social, and cognitive skills.
The class is taught by a former professional tennis player Cintha Putri, who has participated in both national and international tournaments.

This program is for children who show, what Coach Jacob affectionately calls, “a ball obsession.”
You know this is your child if they are reaching for or kicking balls, if you are constantly taking balls out of their hands, or chasing them down from chasing a ball. Coach Jacob was and is one of those kids.
This program guides this innate drive to play ball to start learning purposeful movement. At this age, the goal is to connect their brains to their bodies by moving with intent and direction.
Coordination, balance, and dexterity are some of the skills children will develop while participating in activities involving balls, rings, cones, frisbees, and goals.
Requirements:
1) A parent must attend.
2) The child should be able to pick up a ball and walk.

We saved this camp for the end of summer to coincide with the beginning of the CFB and NFL football seasons.
Players will learn how to throw and catch a football as primary skills.
A major part of this program is teaching players the “Route Tree”, which is exactly what they will see when watching games on TV. The “Route Tree” consists of patterns such as the Stop, Slant, Out, and Go as basic routes and a panoply of intermediate and advanced routes. Learning how to throw these routes as a quarterback, run and catch them as a receiver, and defend them as a defensive back is the goal of this program.
Defensively, the variety of coverage options and techniques will be learned.
Players will engage in an even mix of drills and game-like activities to maximize learning. A goal of this program is that players will be able to watch football games on TV with greater knowledge and recognize routes, coverages, and terms.
