MAPS Ramadan Food Drive
MAPS is delivering Ramadan care boxes of food for families in need in our community so that they too can enjoy a blessed and peaceful Ramadan. Donations will be collected until Eid-ul-Fitr.
In the spirit of the month of Ramadan, and the generosity this month brings, we’re offering the community an opportunity to sponsor a box of the most basic food essentials.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever gives food to a fasting person to break his fast will have a reward like his, without detracting from the reward of the fasting person.” (Tirmidhi)
Each box costs $65 and includes food staples such as rice, spaghetti, lentils, oil, dates, and other significant cultural essentials sufficient for a family for the whole month of Ramadan.
